At Eurora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Norwegian consumer law (angrerettloven).
1. Your Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett / Right to Cancel)
As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked. This exceeds the 14-day minimum required by EU and Norwegian law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@eurora.shop before the 30-day period expires. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return (optional, but helpful for us).
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function
2. Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
Eurora covers return shipping when:
- The product is faulty, damaged, or defective
- The wrong product was sent to you
- The product does not match the description on our website
In these cases, please contact us at contact@eurora.shop before returning the item. We will arrange return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.
You cover return shipping when:
- You have changed your mind about the colour, style, or design
- You ordered the wrong size (see our Size Exchange option below)
- The product is not what you expected based on personal preference
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Size Exchange
If your item does not fit, we are happy to exchange it for a different size, subject to availability. Return shipping to us is at your cost, but we will cover the cost of sending the new size back to you.
To request a size exchange, contact us at contact@eurora.shop with your order number and the size you need.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If you paid by card, your bank may take additional days to process the refund
- We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging
5. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not work as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair — at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and include photos of the damage or fault.
Your statutory rights under Norwegian and EU consumer law apply for up to 2 years from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.
6. Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Swimwear and underwear if the hygiene seal has been removed
- Products that have been personalised or custom-made
- Items that have been clearly used, washed, or damaged after delivery
7. How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@eurora.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return request within 2 business days
- Ship the item back to the address provided in our confirmation email
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days
